Everybody loved how Steven Slater quit his job at JetBlue, but all sports fans have always wanted the opportunity to tell the referees what they really think of them. Especially when a big call goes against your team.
Now, not all referees are bad, and not all of them want to take down your favorite team. No matter how much you think they have it rigged.
"Hey ref! Who slipped you the check!" That's my personal favorite line to use on the refs during a game, but I have never had the guts to go much further than that, but one man did have the guts.
This past weekend Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator Chuck Cecil gave the refs his true oppinion of them after he disagreed with the call on the field. A truly brave man, considering he was fined forty thousand the following day by the NFL.
So for this week's "Video of the Week" I give you: "This one's for you ref!"
P.S. Someone besides his payers should start a fund to pay for the fine on the behalf of all football fans that have always wanted to do the same thing. Come on football fans...buck up!
