I heard you had a little problem with Bret Bielema going for two after scoring a touchdown up by 25 in the forth quarter. I understand your frustration, but perhaps it was pointed in the wrong direction.
To be honest coach you shouldn't be mad at coach Bielema. You should be mad at your football team. It wasn't a two point conversion that Wisconsin didn't pick up that kept the Axe in Madison. It was the other 41 points that your defense gave up.
Your offense on the other hand couldn't stay on the field other than the second quarter. If you don't count the second quarter your offense was on the field for just 13 minutes. When it comes to third down they were a whopping 3 out of 13.
I'm just trying to be honest with you coach. There are more problems at Minnesota than your opponent going for two up by 25. The problems are all over the place from a lack of defense to undisciplined play by the whole team.
While you said the move was "low class," so is scolding your opponent at midfield. It honestly seems like another situation where "winners win, and losers make excuses." Good luck the rest of the season, because if things don't improve it may be your last with Minnesota.
Sincerely,
Boynton's Badgers
